I have to say I learned so much about the risks and the silence around the risks of abortion, that it startled me as it did the filmmaker.
After watching a video of a fetus literally resisting the suction in an abortion, I wept for hours, (even now, as I re-see the image) and my heart and my mind shifted from Women's Rights to the rights of the Fetus/Baby. It is simply, murder. Another 180 shift I made from my very liberal life with just even a slight bit of education instead of simmering anger and reckless identity. Jesus changed my entire life.
Although I came to this change of understanding and change of heart about abortion and life before coming Home to Him, the opening up of just so much I identified with yet had never, ever understood...shocked me of myself.
Anyway, this film HUSH is another eye opening education to the health of women, the lack of reporting, and the beautiful opening of the filmmaker as she began her filming journey.
JUST STAY OPEN and truth will be found. And as the Man said: The Truth will set you free.
