A beautiful poem from Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer

I do not think Ms. Rosemerry and I are in accordance about the creator of our Universe, although I have never asked her directly. She is a beautiful light, gorgeous in spirit and uplifting as a daily-poet in my life. Yes, DAILY she writes. And she shares. And she inspires.

This is the poem received today. I urge all of you to come to know her, her poetry, her stories and giftings of loss and beauty, and to support her.

I have often thought what I would do differently, especially since finding Jesus, or better - Him chasing me down and grabbing my heart. The only thing...I would want to know Him younger. Otherwise, yes Rosemerry... let myself fall and fail and wonder and grow.

Twenty Years Ago, Ten Years Ago, Last Week

If I could go back in time
and offer advice to my younger self,
I wouldn’t.
I would let her fail all over again.
I’d let her falter. I’d let her lose.
I’d let her stumble
and struggle and bomb.
But I would lean in close
and let her know
I am deeply in love with her.
It’s so easy now to give her this,
this self-compassion in full bloom,
this thing she believed
was impossible.
