So since returning from Indiana and struggling internally with things about myself and my needs, I have gone deep into the word. It is just so great that I can now do that, by the way. Like things are slowly getting found by me on my searching.

I found my desire to return to basics. VERY BASIC.
God sent His only begotten Son Who died for us who can hear him, and then He raised from the Dead for our Salvation.

He called us, His followers, as Sheep. To BE Sheep.
What about Sheep?
~Loyal and Trustworthy, they know the Shepherd's voice
~Needy and Defensless, they depend on their Shepherd for everything, needing constant care
~Easily Follow, they trust their Shepherd to take them to green pastures
~Unbalanced, they depend on their Shepherd to get them up when they fall on their sides/backs
~Communal, they act as a flock to help and guard each other

So, once we are stripped down of Pride, Self Righteousness, Mastery of Philosophy and Thinking, all things drawing us into the WORLD, we can hear our Master's Voice.
It is so contrary to what we learn here in the world. So Upside down. As though we are insulted, or weakened, when we say, when we realize and share - we need the Lord. Full Stop.
We are worldly, and we are nothing, without Him. Our Shepherd.

God has an expectation of His Sheep; We who can hear and recognize His Voice.
I have to be able to do the basics before God can trust me with more. I must build the foundation with Him before I get jacked up or derailed from the simple basics:
DEATH
BURIAL
RESURRECTION

So, simply as sheep (deplorable to the woke mind) we give ourselves, our burdnes, or worries to the Lord. What a God. To take this from us even as we rage against Him, sin against Him, ignore Him. How He loved and loves us.

We can just GIVE ourselves our burdens our worries.
And it takes practice.
AH -and here we arrive at FAITH.

IT TAKES FAITH. And Faith, I realizied just today - is a gift FOR ME.
It is FOR ME that Faith is available for me to choose. Why?

Because Faith is the ONLY WAY you get to God. It is the Only Way to find and stay with Jesus.
What a Gift. Again.
